Hey there, Let me begin with something simple. Think of something as ordinary as driving. You can sit in traffic yelling at every red light, gripping the wheel, feeling your whole body tighten… And what do you notice? Or you can Suddenly, the same traffic feels different. Nothing outside changed. 🌌 Now, let’s go deeper. Two weeks ago, I shared a story about a welder, a referral, and an arrival time of 1:11 — one of those moments where life aligns so precisely you can’t help but smile. I promised I’d share the deeper teaching behind it. Over the past few weeks, coaching my clients and reflecting during my Radical Leadership Retreat, one theme kept returning: “The universe has your back” is true… but not for the reasons most people think. For the longest time, I didn’t understand what it meant. Did it mean I could do whatever I wanted, good or bad, and somehow be forgiven? Oh no — that’s not it at all. First of all: You are one with the universe. (And if “universe” isn’t your word, use God, Spirit, Life, Consciousness. The essence is the same.) You are nothing less than the universe. You are a co-creator with the universe. Meaning: the universe is always responding to what you are ready to create. If it is anxiety, you are met with anxiety. The universe is always giving — but it waits for you to offer your state first. It doesn’t judge. And here’s the key: Don’t expect to get exactly what you wish for. Let go of the picture, and trust you’ll receive what you need. 🌿 What I’ve Learned Through years of practice, study, and real-life feedback, I’ve learned this: The universe responds to the frequency you offer, not the expectations you hold. Have faith that the universe will meet your frequency in a way that is perfect for you. Sometimes the response comes immediately. I know this to be true because over these past months, I’ve consciously chosen to come from love, curiosity, and wonder. And in that space, synchronicities began to unfold. 🌿 Co-Creating With the Universe We don’t create our lives by forcing outcomes or pushing harder. We create by co-creating with the universe through the quality of our inner state. Co-creation isn’t about expectation. There’s an interdependence between you and the universe. As you offer your clarity, This is a relationship, not a transaction. As Eckhart Tolle writes: Life is what moves. When we stop forcing and start attuning to what wants to emerge, When you shift your frequency, even slightly, life shifts to meet you. People appear. Not on command… Because the universe always responds to the energy you offer. 💬 Your Turn Have you ever had a moment when life surprised you, supported you, or opened a door you didn’t know existed? I’d love to hear your story. 💛 P.S.: If this story made you nod, smile, or breathe a little deeper, and you'd like to say thank you in a small but meaningful way, you can leave me a little tip (or coffee!) here: ☕ Caffeinated Radiance Tip. Your support helps me keep creating and sharing my work from the heart. 💛 Did a friend send you this email? Subscribe here |

Hey there, Recently, I came off a closing session with a coaching client. It was a moment of reflection, integration, and quiet completion. She has chosen to remain anonymous, which I fully respect. A seat in the snow, a story held in privacy. I feel deep gratitude and awe for what unfolded over the past six months. When we first began, she was living in a place of hopelessness and depression, caught in resentment and relentless rumination. Anxiety and a very rigid upbringing had shaped an...
Hey there, Today, February 2nd, marks the midway between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. Here in Michigan, it feels like we’ve only made it halfway through winter, not exactly early-spring behavior. A cold front has been moving through many parts of the U.S., and everything seems frozen in time. Today, following the Catholic tradition, it’s Candlemas (Mariä Lichtmess). In pre-Christian times, this day was also known as a “feast of lights” celebrating the returning strength of the...
Hey there, We are in deep winter. And I mean deep. Minus 20 degrees Celsius last night.(I’m a Celsius girl, but when Fahrenheit goes into the minus, even I understand it. 😏) It’s quiet out there right now. Here in Michigan, the ground is frozen. The inland lakes are frozen too, and ice fishing has become a perfectly normal weekend activity.Everything above ground has paused. Standing on the ice, Lake St. Clair And yet, this is the part that always humbles me. Beneath the surface, life is not...
